Sunweb is a tour operator and direct seller of packaged holidays in the Netherlands to mainly destinations around the Mediterranean in the summer and in the Alps during the winter season. Sunweb sells its holidays directly to the customer (not via travel agents). Over the past few years the Internet has become the major bookings channel, in 2005 about 80% of all bookings are expected to have been done via the Internet.
