  • Achieving operational excellence. Jointly with management and using its network of advisors, Taros identifies optimization opportunities such as increased outsourcing, enhanced working capital management and investments in operational improvements.

  • Financial/tax structuring enhancements. Taros strives to optimize the financial and tax structuring of the company and its investment. Taros has strong working relationships with advisors and with all major debt providers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany to arrange optimal financing and tax structures.

  • Strengthening management teams. If needed, Taros can strengthen the management team on a temporary or permanent basis, leveraging its deep regional network of experienced advisors and industry experts.

  • Managing succession issues. Taros has ample experience with managing succession issues jointly with founder/owners. The team has worked with several founder/owners to successfully manage the transition to new ownership and/or management.
